Allah, Exalted be He, says in the Qur’an

مَّثَلُ الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنبُلَةٍ مِّئَةُ حَبَّةٍ وَاللّهُ يُضَاعِفُ لِمَن يَشَاء

وَاللّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ

The example of those who spend in the way of Allah is just like a grain that produced seven ears, each ear having a hundred grains, and Allah multiplies (the reward) for whom He wills. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.

 By the Mercy of Allah, some Da’wah (Islamic propagation) work being carried out by different Islamic groups all across the world. However, the need was felt that more specialized work needs to be done, especially in the case of refuting the various anti-Islamic arguments presented by non-Muslims (in many cases with refutations from those Muslims who are intimately familiar with the basis for such arguments), as well as tailoring the Da’wah done to people of different religions in a way so that they will be more receptive to the truth of Islam.

With this purpose in mind, the Defending-Islam.com site was launched. Currently, the activities of our site and project are limited in scope, and this is partly due to the monetary restrictions we are facing. Thus, we hope and pray to Allah that Muslims who are concerned about giving effective Da’wah to the non-Muslims will support us by means of their donations.

The monetary contributions given to us will be used to support the following:

·         Improvement and development of the Defending-Islam.com site

·         Paying for the maintenance and server costs of the Defending-Islam.com site, including a more stable server

·         Buying of software for expanding the content and quality of the site

·         Compensation for the individuals who contribute and maintain the site

·         Buying of needed accessories and religious books with the goal of improving the quality of the Da’wah work

·         Printing of pamphlets, books and magazines related to the Islamic propagation work carried out by us

·         Translating the relevant Islamic texts as well as the texts of other religions in order to facilitate proper Da’wah work
